If you would like to host your own retreat in Bingin, or need accommodation for a large group, Swell Exclusive is ideal for your needs.
Our place is perfectly set up as a private 9 bedroom villa rental for up to 18 people.
Located right in the centre of Bingin, there is no need for scooters or taxis to get to the beach, cliff front sunset point, bars, restaurants, spa or fitness centre. Your group can exclusively enjoy our massive pool and sundeck, ping-pong table, pool table and lots of games we have provided for your use. A villa manager, cleaner and cook* are there to make your stay perfect.

If you are interested in making a booking for the exclusive use of Swell for your group or retreat, make sure you contact us as soon as possible, since popular weeks can get booked far in advance.
- Chef (daily breakfast is included in your rental; lunches and dinners can be arranged at an extra cost).

- Management available between 09.00 and 17.00
24/7 onsite staff and CCTV throughout - 6 Bedrooms with Californian king-sized beds + 3 twin bedrooms (which can also be set up with Californian king-sized beds). All have ensuite bathroom and A/C.

- Dining table for 18 people
- Pool table
- Ping Pong table
- WIFI
- Sonos surround sound system (see below)
- Various board games/card games/poker set

For a Bingin Yoga Retreat:
We do not have a dedicated yoga shala, we do have space on our wooden pool deck for 18 people to do Yoga, which is shaded between 6 and 8.30 in the monring and from 17.00 onward.
NOT-SO-SMALL PRINT: WE DO NOT HAVE TV’S AT SWELL. WE ARE LOCATED IN A QUIET PART OF BINGIN AND RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS; LOUD NOISE/MUSIC AND WILD PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. ALTHOUGH YOU HAVE OUR PLACE EXCLUSIVELY, DISRESPECTING OUR STAFF OR OUR BUILDING WILL RESULT IN YOUR GROUP BEING EJECTED. MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY FOR EXCLUSIVE RENTAL IS 6 NIGHTS. THE SWELL KITCHEN IS FOR STAFF USE ONLY.

Pricing depends on when and for how long you want to rent Swell Bali.

Low season price per week starts at: $4,500 usd
High season pricing per week starts at: $7000 usd
Price for 18 people includes breakfast.
Additional service can be booked.
To secure a reservation a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required.
The remaining 50% balance at least 30 days before arrival.
