We know how people don’t really enjoy reading Terms and Conditions, so we’ve kept them very short:
Usually, our booking conditions are very strict, but these are strange times with covid19 affecting all of us, so if you book a stay with us and a covid19 restriction ruins your travel plans, your deposit with us is safe for rescheduling your trip at a later date.
Obviously, we will need to have the space available for you for new dates, but there is no time restriction applied by us for re-booking. If your new dates are more expensive than the previously booked dates then the prices difference will be added to your arrival balance.
You should though in any event have a travel insurance policy in place that will also cover you for complete medical care whilst in Bali.
All arrival balances must be settled on check-in, either in cash or by credit card: Swell staff will process your payment on arrival.
Maximum room occupancy is 2: Rates are occupancy-based; if you have made a reservation for 1 guest but try to check in with 2, you will be charged the difference before check-in.
Swell does not accept children under 13; if you book a room and arrive with a child under 13, we will not refund your deposit.
Please also note, you cannot self-cater at Swell: Our kitchen is strictly out of bounds for guests.
Make sure that your insurance policy also protects any belongings you bring with you to Swell. Swell will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal effects.
